A black bear was the culprit in the theft and destruction of a Toyota in suburban Denver this week. Smelling a peanut butter sandwich in the back seat, the bear broke the door open, managed to get itself stuck, and then shifted the car into neutral. The car when rolling down the hill into a group of trees, and when the owners discovered the car, the bear was mauling apart the car trying to get out. After about two hours, police were able to free the bear. The car was runied, and the bear fleed before questioning.
