There are plenty of people out there who buy random crap at rummage sales, on eBay, or other strange places. There's one man in London, however, who paid $13,000 for a lock of Napoleon Bonaparte's hair. The former Emperor of France had one of his locks cut off a day after he died, and some 190 years later, those follicles are worth five figures. Bizarre.
