As an unabashed Notre Dame supporter, I feel obligated to have a stance on the situation surrounding Manti Te'o. To me, there are just more questions than answers. From what I have heard, predominantly from the Deadspin report, the press conference with ND AD Jack Swarbrick and Te'o's statement, I have coming to one basic conclusion: We don't know the half of it. For that reason, I'm inclined to give Te'o the benefit of the guilt until proven otherwise. Kind of the way the American legal system is supposed to work.
