Late Summer Movie Reviews

They may not be your classic summer blockbusters, but these two films are sure to please moviegoers in the coming weeks.

Salt, starring Angelina Jolie, is about a spy who is on a mission to clear her name. Sound a little like the Jason Bourne trilogy? Still, I think Jolie will be solid in this role that proves that the ladies can kick a little rear end too.

Dinner for Schmucks features some serious comedic chops, with Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and Zach Galifinakis starring, among others. Based on the French film The Dinner Game, Carell plays a bumbling idiot who seems a little too much to take at times, a la his character Michael Scott on The Office. However, I think the big name comediens alone make this worth seeing.
