You don't need this, but...

I kinda lose out on this conversation a little bit as I am a renter and don't have a lawn to mow, but that doesn't mean I can't ogle this beautiful machine. Honda Motor Co. has unveiled it's new mean mower that the company claims can top out at 130 miles per hour, while still cutting the lawn underneath it. It's incredibly unnecessary for a lawn mower to go that fast, but if the technology is there, WHY NOT?

In case you were wondering, Honda has said that in testing,  the mower has exceeded 100 mph on the race track. The current lawn mower land speed record is 96.5 mph, which is claimed by Bobby Cleveland of the U.S. firm Gold Eagle in September 2010.
